Our retail store is more than a place where products are sold. It is a physical extension of our brand. Every visitor should leave with the feeling that they experienced something unique. As Store Manager, you are responsible for creating that experience every single day.

You will lead the store, inspire the team, and ensure that both customer experience and commercial performance are operating at the highest level. Together with the founders and wider team, you will help build the next phase of growth for Don’t Waste Culture.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the store.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the values of the brand.

• Monitor store performance and actively work towards sales targets and KPIs.

• Ensure the store is visually presented according to brand guidelines.

• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and store performance.

• Act as the connection between the retail team and the head office.

• Create a positive, ambitious, and professional working environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management position.

• Strong affinity with fashion, streetwear, and contemporary culture.

• Proven experience leading and developing a team.

• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take ownership and make decisions independently.

• Available during weekends and peak retail periods.

• Proficient in both Dutch and English.
