READY FOR THE NEXT STEP
Don’t Waste Culture is gaining serious momentum.
In 2024, we grew 70% compared to 2023. With retail sales exploding by 200% in just one year. Demand is rising fast, and our collections are reaching more people than ever before.
Now, for the first time, we’re opening the doors for our community to become more than supporters: you can become co-owners of Don’t Waste Culture. By investing, you don’t just fund growth, you share in it. Together we’ll scale to new countries, strengthen our international agent network, and build the logistics and marketing power to meet the global demand that’s already here.
The foundation is strong. The momentum is real. Now is the moment to accelerate and we want to do it together.
our goals
Growth & International Expansion
RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION
This investment allows us to scale simultaneously across multiple markets. In doing so, we not only accelerate growth, we also strengthen our international distribution network.
SCALE-UP THROUGH ONLINE
We focus on further international growth through D2C (Direct-to-Customer) online channels. Our webshop is globally accessible, allowing us to enter new markets easily through localization and international shipping without heavy upfront investments.
PHASED MARKET ENTRY
We expand into high-potential regions step by step. First with virtual presence, then by building local operations. For example: exploring the U.S. and Northern Europe now, followed by expansion into Asia later. (Exact market selection remains flexible and opportunity-driven, based on where traction is strongest.)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is sharefunding?
Sharefunding, also known as equity crowdfunding, is a unique opportunity for individuals to invest in a company in exchange for share certificates — making you a co-owner.
It enables both entrepreneurs and individuals to participate in promising and fast-growing brands in an accessible way. Community is the key. At Don’t Waste Culture, we don’t see this purely as a financial opportunity — but as a way to truly make our community part of our mission. Together, we’re building the future of the brand.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CROWDFUNDING AND SHAREFUNDING?
Both are ways to raise capital from a group of people — but there’s a key difference. With traditional crowdfunding, you lend money. With sharefunding, you buy a stake in the company — meaning you share in the profits and benefit from any increase in the company’s value. Typically, the average investment per person is higher in sharefunding than in traditional crowdfunding.
How do I invest?
It’s simple, via the Bondex platform (powered by NXChange):
- Visit our investment page on Bondex
- Create an account and complete verification
- Choose how many certificates you want and pay via iDEAL or bank transfer
What happens after I invest?
After investing, you’ll get access to your personal dashboard on Bondex. There, you can view your certificates and receive automatic updates about Don’t Waste Culture. Every year, certificate holders receive the annual financial statement and an invitation to the shareholder meeting, where key decisions are explained. This keeps you involved in the brand’s progress.
Do I have voting rights as a certificate holder?
The certificates are issued via a STAK (Dutch Trust Foundation), where formal voting rights remain with the board of the foundation. This structure safeguards continuity and long-term strategic focus. As a certificate holder, you don’t have formal voting rights — but you do stay informed through regular updates.
What is Don’t Waste Culture?
Don’t Waste Culture is a high-end fashion label that authentically blends luxury fashion with streetwear. The young, driven team is on a mission to fuse culture, identity, and high-end fashion in a meaningful way. It consists of professionals with strong backgrounds in branding, design, e-commerce, and international growth. The organization is lean and creatively structured — with the agility of a modern fashion brand ready to scale globally.
Why is Don’t Waste Culture ready to scale now?
Over the past years, we’ve built a strong international brand with limited resources. We’re sold in more than 65 countries, stocked in over 85 stores across Europe, and partnered with major platforms like Zalando and Breuninger. Well-known footballers and artists — including Rio Ferdinand, Joao Cancelo, Renato Sanches, Cody Gakpo, and Jorrel Hato — wear the brand.
At the same time, we’ve had to pass on concrete international opportunities — not because they were out of reach, but because we didn’t have the capital to execute them responsibly. We receive ongoing requests from distributors, agencies, and platforms in the U.S., Scandinavia, the Middle East, and Asia. Meanwhile, our global online presence is growing organically.
To support that growth structurally, we’re building a robust international e-commerce foundation — including localized content, improved shipping infrastructure, and market-specific product ranges. We also aim to expand our retail distribution — through wholesale, shop-in-shops, and premium partnerships. Talks with several major global players are already underway, and contract proposals are on the table. However, we’ve deliberately chosen to hold off on activating these until we have enough working capital to execute them properly.
The conclusion is clear: The international potential is real, the strategy is ready, and the market demand is there. This investment round allows us to activate key partnerships, roll out market-specific strategies, and scale through local networks with deep insights.
What will Don’t Waste Culture do with the raised funds?
We’re using the capital to accelerate growth. Specifically, we’ll invest in:
- Expanding into new international markets through e-commerce
- Strengthening our brand and visual identity
- Community-building and events
- Product innovation and design
- Increasing the scalability of our operations
- Optimizing production, logistics, and service
- Hiring strategic talent in key roles
- Optimizing our financial structure by refinancing existing loans (This strengthens our balance sheet, improves profitability, and frees up more room to invest in growth)
In short: everything needed to make Don’t Waste Culture globally scalable and truly distinctive.
